In recent years, homebuyers more often choose to keep their old home for rent or as an investment. This is according to the Land Registry in a study published last week. It is often people who move and therefore have a house "left over" and decide to keep it. Was it previously often forced situations, for example because two people went to live together and the other house was under water, nowadays it is often held as an investment because savings yield nothing.

We can also help here because it is not simply accepted by a bank that a house is changed from residential use to rental use; an appropriate financing is then necessary. However, this is usually not a problem.
